The Hiranandhini – Raju home is a completed 3BHK with Full Home Interiors scope in Hulimavu, Bengaluru, a short distance from the CMS Interiors factory on Begur–Hulimavu Road. The photographs were supplied from the finished home; budget and timelines are not published.
Modular kitchen: planning around the chimney
The kitchen photographs show the front of the kitchen, the chimney wall and the base units. The chimney position decides where wall cabinets can go, so it should be fixed before drawings are approved.
Before manufacturing, confirm the hob and chimney models, the sink and water-purifier positions and where power points are needed. Changing these after cabinets are made usually means rework.
One wall, two jobs: TV unit with a study table
One of the project’s units combines a TV unit with a study table. In homes where a separate study room is not available, joining the two keeps storage, screen and desk in a single planned wall.
If you are considering this, think about who will use the desk and when, how much drawer and shelf space they need, and where charging points and task lighting should sit.
Kids’ bedroom wardrobe and dressing mirror
The kids’ bedroom includes a fitted wardrobe, and the home also has a dressing mirror. For children’s rooms, ask for hanging height and shelf layout that can be adjusted as they grow, rather than designing only for today.
Pooja unit
A wall-mounted pooja unit gives a dedicated space without needing a separate room. Decide early on lamp placement, ventilation and storage for pooja items, and whether you want doors or an open front.
